SecureOTP Android for Biz is a one-time password issuing application that supports authentication services provided by Third Networks.
A one-time password can be issued with simple operations, allowing customers to log in securely.
Two-factor authentication with one-time passwords can be used in a variety of situations, including network authentication, content authentication, and application authentication.
SecureOTP Android for Biz License Agreement
If the user downloads this app, the user will deem this agreement to have approved it, just like any other contract signed by the user. If the user does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, clicking the "Disagree" button on the app download site will be a requirement for the user to express his or her intention to disapprove this Agreement.
1. License permission
Subject to the User paying the Company a prescribed fee related to the Services and complying with the terms of this Agreement, the Company grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App personally, non-commercially, on a particular device owned or controlled by the User.
2. Validity period
The validity period of this agreement will be three years from the date on which the App is downloaded to a specific device.
However, if it is listed in a manual, website, or README, the deadline will take precedence.
If this Agreement ends, the period of this Agreement has expired, or if the device is changed or replaced for any reason, you must cease use of the App and delete all copies of the App and Manual from the Device.
3. Responding to theft or loss of equipment
If the user is unable to use this service due to theft or loss of the device on which this app is installed, he or she will not be able to use the service, he or she will make an offer through the procedures specified by our company.
4. Ownership
This app is protected by Japanese copyright laws. We own and maintain all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights contained in the App, with respect to all rights, rights and interests in the App.
The rights relating to intellectual property rights will not be transferred from us to the user through ownership, installation or use of this app. You further do not acquire any rights to the App unless expressly provided in this Agreement.
5. Update
This Agreement is limited to the version of the App when you download it.
Unless a separate agreement has been concluded or is expressly stated, obtaining the updated version will be charged.
6. Prohibited matters
You may not sell, lease, license, rent, rent, or transfer the App, whether paid or free of charge.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App.
You may not modify any or all of the App or create derivative works based on the App.
All rights not expressly stated in this Agreement shall be held by us.
Users may not use this app for any purpose that is illegally against public order and morals.
7. Limited liability
Under no circumstances and legal theory, the Company shall be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages of any nature, whether in tort, contract or otherwise.
8. Jurisdiction court
Disputes relating to this Agreement shall be the Tokyo District Court as the exclusive court of jurisdiction of the first instance.
These terms and conditions will be in place from June 1, 2011.
